How to transfer a call internally

Step 1: Direct transfer

When a caller in making an inbound call, press the green button to answer the call.

To transfer the call directly, first place the caller on hold by pressing the "Hold" button. 

Once the user is on hold, press the "Transfer" button.

Search for the person you would like to transfer the call directly to by typing their name or number.

Click on the first option and the call will transfer.

Once the person you are transferring the call to answers, the call will end on your side.

Step 2: Attention transfer

If you would like to talk to your team member on the phone before you transfer the call, follow the below steps:

When a caller in making an inbound call, press the green button to answer the call.

Place the caller on hold by pressing the "Hold" button

Once the caller is on hold, press the "Att.transfer" button

Type the team members name you would like to transfer the call to. 

Click on the first option that appears.

The below screen will appear.

Once you team member answers, you will have the opportunity to tell your team member who is calling and what the call is about.

Once your team member tells you to transfer the call, press the "Join" button and the call will imediately be transfered to your team member and the call will end on your side.
