How to make and answer phone calls

This proceedure will teach you how to make calls and how to answer them in detail.

Very Easy

There are a few different options you can choose when you need to make a phone call.

Option 1: Type the phone number directly into the number pad in the "Enter name or number" section.

Option 2: Search the number in the contacts book. To do this, click on the "Contacts" tab.

You can either search for the client in the search field, or click the grey phone icon next to the client and it will call them.

You can also call a team member direct by clicking on the "Teams" icon.

Click the grey phone icon next to the team member you would like to call.

Your headset and dock will ring when someone is trying to call you.

If you have tabs open on your screen, you may need to open the dialer pad from your taskbar by clicking on 3CX.

Once it appears on your screen, click the green button to answer the call.

Click on the red button to finish the call.
