Step 1: Answer the call

When a caller in making an inbound call, press the green button to answer the call. 

Step 2: Hold

Once you have answered the call, you can place the caller on hold by pressing the "Hold" button. 

Step 3: Resume

You can resume the call by clicking the "Resume" button
