Keypad
This procedure will show you how to use the keypad during a call.
During a call, the keypad is generally only used when you call a company and they prompt you to enter 1. for accounts, 2. for sales etc.
One you have started a phone call, click on the button that says "Keypad".
A keypad will appear. Enter the numbers you desire.
To exit the keypad, click on the "X" above the keypad.
