How to make a phone call

Sign into Microsoft Teams with you username and password.

Navigate to the top left corner of the screen and click on the icon that says "Calls".

You can either enter the clients number directly into the dial box and press call. 

Or, if a client has called you recently, you can click on the "call" button next to the number in the call history.
