How to put someone on hold

Once you have started the call. You can put a client on hold by clicking on the three dots at the top of the call screen that says "more"

From the dropdown menu, click the button that says "hold"

To take the client off hold, click on the button that says "Resume"

Once you have resumed the call you can end the call by pressing "Leave".
