How to mute a call
When you are on a call, you can place a client on mute by clicking on the button that says "mic". This will mute your microphone so the client cannot hear you speak.
To unmute your microphone, click on the button again that says "Mic".
NOTE: It will notify you when you have muted and unmuted you microphone.
Once you have unmuted you microphone you can end the call by clicking on "Leave"
