iOS - Reset Account in the Outlook App

Overview

If you are experiencing issues with email not consistently syncing with other devices you are logged into, such as your computer, these steps to reset the account can resolve this issue.

Step 1: Open Outlook and the Outlook settings

Open the Outlook app, tap on the profile picture at the top left of the Outlook app. You will see a slide-out menu that looks like the below screenshot.

Tap on the Settings gear icon at the bottom left.

Step 2: Find your account settings

In the Settings, go to Accounts.

Tap on your account that you wish to reset. In the example screenshot, there is only one to select, you may have more.

Step 3: Reset the account

Scroll down and tap Reset Account.
